Not Starting

Problem

This section contains troubleshooting steps to apply if you encounter issues with starting the application

Please ensure that Microsoft .NET framework 4.7.2 or higher is installed.

  • This should be listed in ‘Programs and Features’ in Windows 7 or higher.
  • Confirm that useMango™ is correctly installed:
    • Access the application folder “C:\Program Files (x86)\Infuse Consulting\useMango\App\”
    • Check that folder exists and that there are files inside. If not, the application may have been installed elsewhere.
    • Check that the user has permission to write in the folder. Do this by creating a file in the UserData folder. if this is not possible due to write restrictions, useMango™ cannot operate.

Please note that the applications needs to be installed per user account.
